Like a game

I have never seen my boys more into doing chores! They are constantly going in to look for chores to earn points for rewards. & my nagging has stopped because they are doing what I want. They have also learned how to balance how they spend their points -- for us treats, to money, to prizes, or electronics, etc.

As an improvement it would be able to see on the weekly report not just how many chores and rewards they earned but the details so I can look at trends or show them how they spent their points. It was nice though to be able to show them they earned 1100 points for the week but are down to 50 and to ask them if they remember what they bought or how they could have saved $11 (for us 100 points is a dollar) instead.
