Wont add points

This looked like a cute app to keep track of my daughters chores and give her incentive to do them. Got it all set up but it wont add points when she clicks on that she did something. Keeps telling her she had no points. And where it shows the chores she has done it says "waiting". And has said that for the past 2 days!!
